I was a guitarist for The Fabulous Mudtones from 1976 until 1983 or so. We first started up in Corvallis, Or. in the the Fall of 1976.  Early members included:  Doug Russel, Joel Garfunkle and Rick Mattingly.

Corvallis was ripe with music and musicians then.
