The Jades lineup was Dan Taylor, sax/vocals (when we could get a PA), Mike Elder, lead guitar, Van Nickel, bass and me (Matt Miner) on drums.
"The Jades were together from late '64 through early '65.  When I left the band they became "Stubby and the Brewmasters", then "The Rising Sons".
I went on to play drums in The Earth.
